CLIENT INFORMATION

Before Your Appointment
• Arrive with clean, product-free nails
• Book a removal if you currently have gel or acrylic
• Avoid oils, lotions or creams for at least 4 hours before
• Inform us of any nail sensitivities or concerns

During the Service
• Precision cuticle preparation using advanced e-file techniques
• Deep cleaning for a flawless gel or builder application
• Treatment requires 1h30 to 2h for best results

Aftercare
• For the first 24 hours: avoid spa, sauna, long baths and chemicals
• Apply cuticle oil daily for hydration and shine
• Use gloves when cleaning or handling detergents
• Do not pick or peel the product

Maintenance
• Gel Polish: visit every 2 to 3 weeks
• Builder Gel: visit every 3 to 4 weeks
• Regular maintenance ensures lasting durability and beauty

Important
• Mild redness around dry cuticles can be normal
